If Sanji doesn't unlock it by the end of this arc, I'll agree that he probably won't unlock it for the rest of the series. Right now, I'm keeping the chance of him getting it at around 60-70%.

Oda wouldn't give CoC to Sanji before Zoro. I'm not even 100% confident about him getting it but it was impossible for him to get it in WCI.

Luffy was the first to get his CoC confirmed. Zoro's was just a speculation. Anyways, I'm not even 100% confident about Sanji getting it. Just saying that he has a case. Usopp is definitely getting it tho.

Don't know man, the order of the panels seem pretty clear to me tbh. Usopp => Sanji => Zoro => Luffy Just reverse it like people reverse the sabaody order. Can't see how that one made sense and this one doesn't. Either both are a stretch or none are.:kayneshrug:
