He basically two shotted Jabra back in EL . Luffy needed more hits in G2 to take down Blueno I do think his AP was a bit on the weak side before Wano though, but now it superior to that of most YC1s. (gotta see ben beckmann and shiryu)

This panel doesn’t make sense otherwise Oda could have draw the exact same panel but with no flame if his intent was to show S-Shark was only hurt due to his defense being off

S-Bear doesn’t have his flame drawn in the first page of the fight either but based on the context it is pretty clear his defense was active

Honestly Franky should build something like a raid suit for Nami (and usopp by the same occasion) and her beating a BBP wouldnt even be difficult to believe Her AP has nothing to envy to mid trio, it’s durability that is lacking
