Where does it say the World Government sentenced Kaido to death Zenos? All I see is that they captured him, and on an unrelated note, Kaido has also received death sentences. Never that the World Government gave him death sentences lol.

What headcanon exactly? The world government wanted Kaido alive for experiments lol. They never sentenced him to death, Kaido would’ve been easily killed if they did.
