You may actually be onto something there :goyea: Kaido wanted to save Ace for slamming his daughter, Shanks wanted Ace to die so Shanks would have less competition for Pirate King lol. It would be a characteristically-Oda series of weird plot choices for sure.

I actually predicted that Pageone and Ulti would get back up very quickly, and I’m glad to see Oda respecting Zoans lol. That said, I still think luffy/Yamato KO’d them both, there’s just too much supporting evidence to think otherwise. And I don’t think King can do this in those contexts even...

@TheAncientCenturion holy shit bro. This is not looking good for King. Though honestly the explanation for this is probably that they have better DFs than King but are still weaker.
