Well, it’s not an insult lol. 1,000 Man Commanders are considered high ranking members of the military. Regardless, 1,000 Man Commanders are not fodder. Even if Sen To Un was insulting him, it doesn’t change the fact that he would consider 1,000 Man Commanders as being above fodder lol.
