Judging from the pic it seems Franky hasn't met Roger and his crew yet but only Oden since him and Oden are in a different spot from where Roger is. Also Oden may have never told Franky his name.

This got me confused as fuck. Franky met Roger and ODEN?!?!?!?! WTF! Did Franky lose his memories or some shit like what?
