Momo has mostly shown more contempt towards Kaido, he has repeatedly asked Luffy to help him defeat Kaido and also said himself I want to defeat Kaido. Hiyori on the othe hand has more connection and past with Orochi. I don't think Momo will fight Kaido though

Zoro's might be conqueror's(does it mean he used conqueror's in water 7), Zoro's Spirit is always potrayed as more like demonic and filled with blood lust. I think there maybe more behind hakuba's personality disorder, his eyes remind me of mihawk's eyes.

In the hindsight, Luffy is the only one whose powers are consistent and actually make sense (except for fire based attacks) and fit well within the haki and devil fruit system well. I hope Oda gives us an explanation for demon spirit, aura, ashura, hakuba etc.
