Oden had CoC and he wasn’t even the WSS, he wasn’t even as strong as Ryuma. Hancock and Chinjao having CoC didn’t add anything to the story and it didn’t serve Luffy in any way. Sengoku and Luffy barely know each other.

Imagine a world where Chinjao has it and the future WSS doesn’t, that’s nonsensical. I don’t think there’s anything more certain than Zoro having CoC.

Either Kid or Kaido, because they’re the only ones that haven’t used it yet. My money is on Kid.
