I completely disagree with the idea that rooftop was a filler, but it's UNDENIABLE that the rooftop fight was nothing more than the biggest fanservice motirial in one piece. Story wise it accomplished nothing, it was simply to make fans happy: Zoro fans wanted the "Zoro vs Kaido" fight too much...
