Holy shit, Arlong’s actor is based. I take back what I first said. Got to love when actors all out others for being offended on their behalf. He seems to know Arlong’s character and struggles very well.

A majority of the reception for Arlong's casting is positive as it would hammer the manga's message on racism almost as good as the source material did. A small handful are either meming about the ridiculousness of it or flat out offended that a mistreated villain had to be black.

And now the official Netflix One Piece Twitter posted the cast. The cast is more than real. Yeah, I'd imagine the season will end at Loguetown, or after the Dragon confrontation.

More cast members are confirmed, even Netflix confirmed this. Most of them are alright, not feeling Arlong. Edit: Netfix Geeked who posted the original image deleted it. It's real.

As much as I hate to say it, the cast is actually decent. But how about we see that script. That's the real shit worth worrying about.

Lower your expectations, we finally know that the Strawhats will not be faithful in this adaption. At least the logo looks acceptable.
