I love Snakeman, but G2 was such a groundbreaking moment at the time, and it's probably the first time he started thinking outside the box in terms of his abilities. I was amazed! It was such a simple yet brilliant idea from Oda. And Luffy looked so damn cool.

Same, it remains my favourite. My mind was so blown at the time, Luffy using his rubber body to speed himself up... Can hardly be topped at this point. (Other gears are cool too though)

Yesssssss, probably impossible to top. Frankly I don't know what I was surprised more by: Luffy basically building his power by exploiting rubber, or Luffy even THINKING of it.
