Theres only one feat that matters when it comes to Mihawk and Shanks. They fought a bunch of sword duels and Mihawk came out being known as the strongest. No amount copeing, databooks, or nit picking will ever change that. Your only hope is that kick boxing Shanks is actually canon. Good luck...

1) They will test the distance of their long range attacks. 2)They will have a quiz on their sword knowledge. 3)They will then test their close up attacks with a cladh(no haki though). 4) Lastly they will have a diamond cutting competition. The winner of 3 out 4 is the WSS.

Yasopp is never said to be "the strongest gun fighter" he's said to be the best marksmen(hit targets from far away). Yasopp wins any target shooting contest. Ben Beckmen can still coat his gun and beat him up. If Mihawk was called "the best slasher" then you would have an argument. He's not though.
