Right now yes. They have the similar zoans fruit but Marco has regen to give him a boost, while King has swordsmanship. I give the edge to King. But if Marco was also a swordsman then King would lose his only advantage and would be a discount Marco since he could never outgun his regeneration.

You see, Marco being a proficient swordsman and using a sword is something that would make me instantly change to Marco > King as King at that point would be a discount Marco. :catsure: But until that happens King > Marco.
