It's better to not view it as simply as "Base Kaido>Dragon Kaido" or vice versa. Both of these forms are situational. Kaido in Base form is a lot faster and a lot harder to hit while in his Dragon form his AoE and attack Power increase exponentially.

In regards to Zoro commenting on Luffy's haki: I'm fairly certain Zoro knows the same Ryou that the Scabbards used (barrier haki basically). Red Roc likely used the internal destruction haki which is a step up from normal ryou which is why Zoro commented on it In that same regard, I'm hoping...

Lets get real here. Zoro cut a yonko's attack in half and injured another one in the same chapter. He by no means took an L. At the same time, some Zoro fans definitely got their head cannon debunked. Kaido sees Oden in Luffy instead of Zoro, Enma is confirmed a power up, and Killer was nerfed...

I do have one complaint. Can we get Punk Hazard Law back for this fight? He was so stupidly hax in PH but he's throwing rocks at a Yonko :lawsigh:

Idk if Luffy bleeding necessarily means he got hit this chapter. Oda's been pretty inconsistent with drawing injuries this arc tbh. I remember he randomly had Zoro bleeding from his head in the chapter where Luffy and Drake one shot two numbers and then that injury vanished a chapter later...
