Jabra's df didnt realy do much for his skills either, it only enchanced his base stats, not to mention all he had going for him is walking tekai and thats all, as soon as you get past his durability he is pretty much trash. kaku on another hand had his skills masively improved by his DF not...

Big meme is a weird character to power scale, she is clumsy and that allows characters much weaker than her to clown her around, but at the end of the day she only does that because she can afford to be clumsy, its not like she took any damage from that or any other atack soo far for that...
