@Zoro D Goat I think KyouRei was ordered to do so by the elders of the clan. The ritual needs to stop and Kyoukai wanted it to stop by hiding Yuuren's death So it plausible Haru is planning another side arc with the Shiyuus.

So was KyouRei ordered to kill Kyoukai or does she want to kill her, that's the question? Depending on the two options, her chances of joinining the Hi Shin Unit will be better than the other.
