"most" is not enough, you can't justify owning someone's life no matter how you put it, try that today and you'll see it's wrong And the "it was normal back then" isn't an excuse, I don't remember Buddha (born ~1000 years before him) and Jesus (~600 years) owning slaves or even killing people IIRC
