Pre timeskip Sanji was over 4 times stronger than Franky. After seeing how Oda saw the calamities, seems like the gap between Sanji and Jinbe is just as much if not greater. By end of Wano, if Yamato joins it’ll be the same thing for Sanji to Yamat.
