There’s haki, then there’s haki. You pick where Shanks and Mihawk fit. You forgetting no one is stopping a war because of Mihawk and no one is sending marine ships to Shanks’ island to effectively take him; dead or alive.

This is a reach. You know this is a reach. When Oden clashed with WB, WB did not even use haki let alone his df. WB used haki when clashing with Roger though, and that clash completely blew everyone away save for Roger and WB.
