    Black blades involve Advanced Armament Haki (Hardening). Roger probably didn't get to that level, but they had advanced CoC instead.

    Being the strongest doesn't mean you are the best at every single thing. That's just a childish mentality. There's some things other characters can excel in more than Roger/WB while overall those 2 are the peak (for now). We literally have a Yonko Commander who has Future Sight while superior...
