Well Shodai is speculated to be in possession of a Gorsei, bcoz of the similar hilt shape and pattern as other Kitetsu swords.

Up until now we've seen a lot of famous swords in Wano, Holden's Karakuri sword, Ame no Habakiri, Emma, Nidai kitetsu, King's sword is probably a meito too and we're going to see a lot more in future as Wano is country of swordsmen. But Zoro can't posses each and every meito shown.

I was thinking that too. Maybe not by using sandai or nidai but I too believe that Hitetsu will forge a sword specifically for Zoro, one that is on the same level as 12 supreme grade swords...
