Judge's stated that the kids was good to go because they were each enhanced with special abilities (with an exception of Sanji). They need training in order to get improve and wearing the RS will help them surpass their limits. So you can't just say that RS doesn't require any training. And...

They call Sanji a fodder because he uses a power-up to get stronger but they don't say anything about Zoro using Enma which is a power-up itself.:milaugh:

The Raid Suit only gives Sanji durability and invisibility, nothing else. Enma is a power-up but he still gotta train to get used to it.:kayneshrug:
