I see this argument everywhere but it's so dumb. Oda couldn't keep relying on finding some specific weakness like with Crocodile or making it so that Luffy's fruit just happened to counter his opponent's, so he made a more reliable and universal strenght indicator in haki. It's like ki in DBZ...
