Yeah, I used to have a mental shortlist of regular players (and an even less rigorous longer list) and then I'd just message people directly on Discord, which was much more likely to be seen/considered. But it's not for everyone and building those lists tended to ruffle feathers.

Blech as much as I like 1 week Day phases, and I started on 2 week Day phases, anything more than 2 weeks is excessive. (Honestly anything more than 1 week can be a little excessive.)
