Um, no. Look at their bounties. Sanji should be as strong as Killer atm. ??? The roof are the "Supernova" which Oda made in Sabaody last minute. He picked a 100+ million barrier, and Sanji was below while Zoro 120 mill. Sanji is clearly stronger than half the Supernova easily.
