No chance of winning? I think with a powerup or two before fight, and a mid-fight powerup, Zoro can have a chance against Mihawk and even win. Zoro had replicated Oden's feat right? Oden is a strong guy whom Kaidou recognized.

I think so, Zoro is somewhat ready to challenge Mihawk as he has experience what WSC felt like.
