    So Oda has something like, 1,000 named characters that show up for chapters on end. Plenty of them are pretty colorful too. But I got to thinking, which is Oda's best? You have Fujitora, Whitebeard, Doflamingo, Sanji, etc who are all great and well written characters. This is not a thread...
