Rules:
- Strongest version
- No resurrected version
- Nagato's true body is hidden at the beginning and Sasori starts off with his Hiruko doll
- Boruto feats are not allowed
- Fight takes place in Dressrosa

Thinking of the strongest OP character they can beat is harder than telling the weakest character or close to weakest character that can beat them.

A zoro post-Alabasta probably should be able to take out majority of them. It's also dependent on how far they start out. If they start off lets say 10ft apart, even somebody like Alabasta Zoro should be more than enough for them.


Only one who'd be able to beat that Zoro are Konan, Hashirama, Tobirama, Pain and Tobi. Due to insane scale abilities. For them somebody like G2 luffy would destroy them if he's able to keep it a CQC. With Pain it's tricky though due to multiple bodies, and not being able to sense his real body.

Loguetown Smoker should be enough for all of them though.



Doubt anyone is beating Tobi due to Kamui hax lol. But lordy, the physical gap between the two-verses is so damn insane.

Kisame is basically a fishman that brings his own water everywhere. Any DF user gets folded by him.

And that's just him.

Hell, the only character from those you listed that would get beaten easily is Zetsu.

Sabo can take on them together , they cannot deal with his Logia ablities and will get burned they don't have any haki that make his body tangible . sure they have destructive powers only they don't work on him while his power will work on every of them. and any power that could work on him, he will see that coming using his observation haki and will dodge it.

nope even Amaterasu will not do anything , since it can be abvoided by observation haki

The peak of Naruto is far superior to anything we've seen in One Piece.

Sadly, none of these characters are anywhere close to what the peak of Naruto is. Even the strongest Naruto character listed in this match up (Hashirama) is a scrub compared to what the peak of Naruto-verse is.

Reincarnation doesn't say much about powerlevels.
Reanimation, we forgetting Moriah? Dude's not being able to die and instead turning into ghosts?? 1-touch a little kid wiping away entire memories the entire world has of you?

What you're not taking into account is the sheer physical gap between the verses:

One of the Top 5 most impressive shinobi physically in Naruto as a kid (not counting Genetical freaks like 3rd & 4th Raikage):

While this is a guy in One Piece who's never gonna be top 5 physically, as a kid:


Doing 500 normal pushups vs doing tip-toe squats with a giant boulder.



This is that character who compared to the YCs/Veterans/Yonko/Admirals/etc is a complete fodder physically, doing shit that'd require Sage Mode Naruto to do, and even that is simply due to chakra enhancement rather than actual muscle building.



The physical gap is insane. A Mere slap to the face from a OP top tier would instant break the necks of all of these mentioned here. And the physical gap carries on to speed and reactions as well.

Lol not doing jack to characters who can all blitz him casually and have various means of dealing with the water including freezing, boiling, electrifying, drying up in an instant, etc. Not to mention that they have precognition with some even seeing many seconds into the future. Lol go watch One Piece before spouting stupidity.
