Full power B stomps Vergo. But V1 or V2 are strong but not that overwhelming. Not to wank Vergo haha but the guy is strong. He tanked a lot of attacks : multiple DJs, smoker COA punchs, Counter shock etc. And he can cover himself with COA.
Zoro needed a really strong attack to cut down pica full COA and Vergo COA is better. And Law used a multi mountain attack to cut down Vergo.
Don't really remember V2 feats but from what i remember it was not that incredible.
I think full body COA Vergo can tank V1 or V2 bijudama. He will be erased by Hachibi full power Bijudama.
What is the V2 cloak ? The red one with the bones ?

You tell me, idk anything about no other manga, or these characters. I bet on Vergo though, it's the safest bet in most situations 
However, as I said, Vergo's stats should be superior to Bee's V1 cloak. But everything higher than that is too much for Vergo.

I don't there are much difference between Bee's V2 and his full Hachibi mode bijuudama. When Naruto and Bee destroyed the 36 layers of barriers, Bee used two bijuu damas - one from his full Hachibi mode which was very big and the smaller one from V2 - and both bijuu damas easily penetrated the barriers.

Tbh, after I reread some chapters again, I think Vergo might have a good chance to even defeat V2 Bee as long as Vergo doesn't try to tank a Bijuu Dama.
Bee's V2 is vastly inferior to his full Bijuu Mode in terms of stats, so his bijuu dama should be vastly weaker as well imo.
Nevertheless, Bee's V2 bijuu dama should be able to demonstrate this DC:
This explosion was calced to be 2.3 gigatons IIRC. So Vergo might have a chance against V2 Bee.

Nevertheless, Vergo gets scaled to other veterans, including Oven who boiled the sea. So Vergo's stats are save regardless.

If it was only hax Law would have used only a small room + haki I think, I think he needed to use his biggest slash and biggest room
