Gorosei (Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn)

Luffy (Sun)

Ancient Weapons (Uranus, Poseidon, and Pluton)

= 18 of the Kings

1 Holy Knight and 1 Planet are missing.

Missing planet is earth, IMU being UMI the mother of nature.

Missing HK is likely Alabast King, since the King there didn’t goto the holy land and therefore didn’t become a HK.

There are 16 Holy Bullets:

We know they don’t have Sun, Poseidon, Alabast HK, or Pluton.
