Future Events 5 Years

we all have calculated how 5 years could provide at most around 200 chapters of One Piece remaining and after Wano it likely will have a bit above 100 chapters remaining..... but
does that mean we seriously should let go of any hope we had about some more characters joining SHs, even if they join they surely wont have any time for proper character development and also we are to expect this current team (Jinbei included if he is alive) will surpass WhiteBeardPirates or RogerPirates in such a limited time ?....
this surely is underwhelming for me, Oda had promised successive additions to the crew and thus I was expecting increase in overall strength but now, do I really have to expect Ussop becoming Yassop level with such limited time or chopper or others surpassing 16 WBP commanders (excluding Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, *jinbei*)

The Strawhats all bring a particular specialty with them. They don't all have to be physical powerhouses. Nami doesn't need to be physically strong because she's carrying insane firepower in Zeus, Usopp and Yasopp aren't physical fighters, they are snipers who rely on their intuition and awareness. Franky doesn't train to get stronger, he just has to build new inventions. Sanji has the Raid suit which can be continuously improved on, and Jimbei is plenty strong as is. And then there's Luffy and Zoro who will surpass top tiers. The strawhats are a very robust crew.
