That means king was at most only 9 years old when kaido recruited him (chapter 1035), while queen was 18 years old (near luffy's current age).
When kaido gave alber the King name, it is a name based on his strength. However, the King and Queen name seemed to had never changed (if it changed, big mom would have called judge's friend as King instead). This implied that 9 years old albert was already stronger than queen

the writing is trash. king and queen are fine. Oda was just lazy so he made the two use their strongest attacks on their own crew instead of on the alliance. he made Sanji invunerable to attacks and made Zoro jump like three tiers to midd diff king.
