RS is not a power up yonko worthy. Just like the Enma training by itself wasn't.

Zoro got Asura too, on top of what he has done on Wano.

Sanji is not fighting the yonko, the RS was meant to empower his chances to take out an elite yonko commander, which still sticks with your point about power ups.

The odds of him soloing both are nowhere near consistent to our current knowledge. And you forgot Sanji could still fight off Page One again and on top of that assist his nakama. But I feel like there's ground for Sanji v Queen unless the former is not strong enough. I don't feel like Sanji is YC2 level, more on the 3 side, but Queen should not be fresh anymore by the time Sanji encounters him.
