I think so, I don’t know too much about the types of devil fruits yet cause I’m trying to watch both Live Action and Anime at the same time.

So not to be similair to Kanjuro's fruit, but also not to be like an hypothetical ink logia:

The user would be a paramecia type that produces a LIMITED ammount of ink and can either splash it wildly or use it sparely and delicately.
The user will have the property of a pen, allowing them to again soak up the ink and use it again, with the ability to eventually change the ink color, if desired.

Yup, this sounds like a fun fruit to me, not too OP.

User becomes a pen human and can produce ink. If the ink touches a piece of paper the drawing comes to life. Can use infinite ink, but any kind of water can wash it away and it never works in the rain. You also need to use paper sheets to animate the drawings.
