I know Oda won't do it and that ship has sailed, but it would've been the best way to make Usopp a badass again while keeping him very weak in his base form. Remember how Vinsmoke draws inspiration from a tokusatsu show? Well, the Sniper King does too and we could've seen a return of that alter ego but with some serious modifications. Usopp's main weapon would stay a silly slingshot, but the only difference is he could hang with the veterans. He would've actually beaten Page One by himself while doing some serious damage to Ulti before she takes him out, leaving Nami to handle the rest.
Powers & Abilities A Raid Suit would've been the perfect power-up for Usopp
