Theory A theory about the origins of the D. clan

#1
Hello guys, a theory to share with you today.

A summary of this theory incase you do not want to read all the text (note this video is a YouTube #shorts and is a condensed version of the theory below, so some details may be missing) : https://www.youtube.com/shorts/DJIfZwjMx_0

This builds on Debian47's theory where he mentions the connection between the Enel cover story, and the Ancient Kingdom in the void century.

I'll summarize it abit here: (Credit to Debian47 of opfanpage) as well as adding abit of stuff to it.

To begin, let us get a closer look at the Enel Cover Story. We see Enel exploring the moon, or Fairy Vearth, where he meets automata made by Professor Moonwatcher on Karakuri Island. Fun fact, this is the same island Dr. Vegapunk is from, and seems to be highly technological as well, so we can assume the things built by this scientist on that island is of a high technological caliber as well. They go to the moon, where they and Enel explore an ancient city inside a cave on the moon, with writings on the wall that depicted people with wings.

These people were the Birkans, and the writings on the wall depict automata that they built that resemble the ones that Professor Moonwatcher of the highly technological island, Karakuri Island, built, but much longer ago. Meaning their technology was highly advanced to the degree of this professor on this prestigious technological island even back then. They went to Earth from the moon because of a lack of resources, and it shows tears on their eyes as they see alligators attacking from the ocean, perhaps they rather they live in the sky, and they could have made the technology ot make sky islands possible! Because they’re so highly technological like the ancient kingdom was said to be, and they are seemingly ancient, it could be the case that the people of the Ancient Kingdom were Birkans, and their kingdom was in the Sky! Perhaps the war between those that lived in the sky (Ancient Kingdom) and those that lived in the blue sea was fought over the ancient kingdom's increased use of resources, or perhaps the people of the blue sea feared their power and technology so they allied together to take them down; however, perhaps power went to their heads and they ruled in a corrupt manner, and that is perhaps why Alabasta decided it did not want to ascend with the other 19 kingdoms into Mariejois.

Now, it may be the case that the 4 kingdoms that allied themselves with the ancient kingdom are the very ones directly opposed to the world governmetn right now, or not affiliated with them at all, that is Wano, Zou, Fishman Island, and Elbaf. Actually we already know that Road poneglyphs were entrusted to Wano, Zou, Fishman Island, and by this pattern, theoretically elbaf as well. They may very well have been allies in the void century, and they may very well have been the acnient kingdom's allies in the war. Oden also mentioning "it is true, we were brother with the minks" in the Oden flashback supports this as well.

This also builds upon something I saw by Orion_D_Abhishek/niblaw from opfanpage. They mention that both Calgara and Noland fight with a sword and a spear.

Also, the top of Noland's head is on Nika's spear, Nika wears the shandorian outfit, and Nika wields a sword and a spear.

Now with this knowledge, and thanks to the theory from opfanpage, It feels like Nika is the combination of both Noland and Calgara, or in this case, The people of the sky race, and the people of the blue sea.

Now what if, perhaps a mixture of both, or of mixed descent. What if, Luffy having the Nika fruit and Who's Who's depiction of Nika, hints to the possibility that the D. clan in general might be those that are a mix of the people in the sky, and the people of the sea, sort of like a balance. In fact, perhaps the void century war might have been between the people of the sky, and the people of the blue sea, and the ones that attempted to stop it are the ones caught inbetween, and they called themselves the D. clan.

I always pictured the D. as literally God's Sworn enemies

Maybe Im is God and maybe Joy Boy was the first D. because his original sworn enemy

Just my two thoughts
