This is a theory I created after reading chapter 1069. It seems that the awakening of the logia allows the logia user to create an almost unlimited source of power for his logia fruit. The awakening of Enel's fruit is probably a response to the incessant thunder strikes on Raijin Island. The same thing happened to Punk Hazard. Lilith said in chapter 1065 that their source of energy was fire, and Vegapunk said in chapter 1068 that when he was trying to create a power source that could stop all resource wars, he researched an ancient fuel that powered a mechanical soldier. And probably the ancient fuel is also fire, and the awakening of the Ace's fruit makes it eternal. The power of Uranus is probably related to the awakening of the Kizaru fruit. Enel with Maxim and his fruit can also wipe out the island, but since Enel has not awakened his fruit, it takes the fruit's owner to use Maxim.

Then it would be like a paramecia. Dofy did the same. And i don't think dai enkai is an awakened move. He use enkai before that and it is the same ability but with less fire and building underneath was not transform into flame. I think he just can not use some abilities without a lot of fire and he need acumulate it first and then use his move.
