Oda has set them up to lose to New Gen allies of Luffy that he bonded with the most : Coby and Sabo (his brother)

It's also the reasons why they are fighting Monkey D. Members :
Kizaru vs Luffy
Kuzan vs Garp
soon Akainu vs Dragon

Luffy dominated Kizaru even wuen kizaru had help from Saturn.
While Kuzan faced Garp and defeated him, and Koby whom Garp saved will end up beating Kuzan (with help)

Akainu will soon fight Dragon and it will be stalemate, but Imu will intervene to capture Dragon.
Sabo will take down Akainu in the final war.

"But Luffy vs AKAINU" yeah it never really existed.
Just like Sanji vs Kizaru wasn't gonna happen or Zoro vs Kizaru.

Yea that's more than enough.
Luffy never dominated Kizaru , It was other way around.
Unfocussed Kizaru pushed Luffy to his Limits of G5. And luffy barely Manage to land one attack in. How is that called dominated?
Kizaru got after a head injury and Luffy was still passed out.

Sakazuki and dragon might end up clashing but I doubt it’d either of their final fights. I still think luffy at one point or another has to clash with the primary admiral trio

As for kizaru if he stays in the marines I can see him fighting zoro or sanji thh
