just some speculations about Uranus and Pluton :

PART 1 - Uranus
The 3 Ancient Weapons are said to be named based on greek mythology gods related to the Sky , Sea , and Earth :
interestingly , as it's implied up there^ , the residences of Poseidon and Pluton are fitting with their names , as :
• Poseidon AKA Shirahoshi lives in the sea
• Pluton - which is based on "Pluto" the underworld ruler was said to be buried somewhere under Alabasta ( so it's sort of in the "underworld" now )
• Uranus - the same likely applies this only remaining Ancient Weapon , therefore it's residence is likely the sky or at least it has to be a land that's among the closest to the sky in OP world
so which place would be the likeliest to house Uranus ? that's Mariejois , especially considering these :
• it's location that is 10km/10.000 meters above the sea level
• Doflamingo implied the Mariejois National Treasure as something incredibly powerful
now i don't think i proved anything here , this is just an interesting thing that could give a clue to where the most mysterious Ancient Weapon might reside .

So now we know that the name "Pluton" stems from "Pluto" , a greek mythology god who ruled the underworld
the earlier name for him was "Hades"
and Hades had a dog named "Cerberus" , which is usually described as three headed dog
and in One Piece there is a man with number three theme who may be gunning for the Ancient Weapon Pluton :
maybe this is a weak argument/connection but i wonder if Oda actually thinks like this
but if he's indeed directing Teach to Alabasta to get Pluton , then we may see something like this in the future :
