Accelerator’s Reflection allowed him to resist Nephthys, A Magic God’s, control over all water from ripping all the fluids out of him.
“And the name given unto me was Nephthys. Child of Agricultural God Nut, sister of Underworld God Osiris, and wife of Death God Set. I am the goddess of death and funerals. I am the one who cleanses god-slaying impurities.”
The eternal goddess slowly raised her left hand. It was like a giant guillotine blade being set above the victim using a pulley and rope.
“Vast waters that symbolize the Nile, wash away this silly person’s malice.”
This was far more than the artificial rain coming from the sprinklers. It had to be taken from the air and from the boards of the stage. If not for his reflection, it probably would have been taken from Accelerator’s body as well. Every speck of moisture in that space was extracted and gathered together to form a giant blade extending above Nephthys’s raised left hand.
The extremely dry air felt like the harsh desert.
No tricky martial arts were needed here.
If she just let gravity take over as she swung this attack down, it would eliminate any external threat. Nephthys was the wife of the murderer Set, but she was also the one who had cried upon learning of Osiris’s death. Nephthys’s tears would even wash away the world’s sins. All Esper abilities besides Holistic Espers work at the quantum level to cause changes to the world.
For specific examples, you got countless ones of Misaka manipulating subatomic particles with her electromagnetism
There’s also Mugino who controls electrons directly to fire her Meltdowner beams

The technical classification was Particle Waveform High-Speed Cannon.
Unlike the #3 Railgun, she was a Level 5 who manipulated electrons without using waves or particles.

And than there’s Kakine, the #2 just beneath Accelerator who controlled elementary particles, the smallest possible forms of matter to exist and one’s from another universe altogether
“Elementary particles are things even tinier than molecules and atoms. We know that there exist gauge bosons, leptons, and quarks. There are also hadrons which are made when antiparticles or quarks gather, but, well, they're all divided into a few general categories. These elementary particles make up the world.”
“However,” said Kakine in a soft voice, “That kind of common knowledge does not apply to my Dark Matter!”
Boom! Accompanying gale winds, the six wings behind Kakine instantly recovered their forms.
“The Dark Matter I create is matter that does not exist in this world. It’s not matter that hasn’t yet been discovered, nor matter that theoretically exists, but rather matter which undeniably does not exist.”
A material made by an esper ability that could not be classified by science.
“This pair of black wings, Kakine had seen it before, and knew what it was.
The elementary particles that didn’t exist in this world, Dark Matter.”
Neither Mugino or Kakine have a means to get by Accelerator’s defenses.
Mags likely takes Round 1 but you need to find some serious feats for him against Accel in Round 2

That scan, Mags would lose the finger he tries to touch Accel with because of his Reflection too. Plus Accel does the exact same thing too
It’s his main method of taking people out. Or if he just wants you dead period, he makes all your blood and bio electricity in your body move the opposite direction the moment he touches you
Destroying planets is well beneath Accel second round. He stopped the full power attack from Coronzon at her best. Coronzon even after being severely crippled by Accelerator still possessed enough power to destroy half the universe.
“Coronzon clenched her teeth with her physical body gone and her essence exposed.
(But even in this incomplete state, I can blow away about half the universe. It all works out in the end as long as that half includes this planet!! For now, I eliminate the obvious enemy. I just have to think of another way to individually destroy the Sephirah that survive this!!)”
