I'm up for entertaining such a hypothesis.

However, my own personal perspective is that CoA relates to the body, CoO relates to the mind, and CoC relates to the spirit.

It's just coincidental, and convenient, that CoA and CoC overlap in such a way that both the physical body and the spirit combine to create such abilities.

But... let me think...

By my own understanding, there must be a clair sense involved - clear sight, clear hearing, clear feeling, etc. If I were to suppose that someone with the ability to perform clair(voyance) were to try to make a move similar to [Ultra Instinct] then I would suggest that they might have something similar to a [Byakugan] or a [Sharingan] to complement the mode.

Clear physical feeling would actually fit this definition of Ultra-Instinct quite well. It's the ability to feel sensations.

Think about Zoro when he dodged the rocks when he was fighting Daz Bones. He just claimed he knew where the rocks would land. You can use that same ability to predict where attacks will land. So, I could easily see an enhanced version of clear feeling allowing a person to dodge attacks in the same way the Ultra-Instinct mode does.

Hmm. So, I'll stick with that... an Ultra-Instinct mode with Haki may work with the sense of clear feeling or clear sight. Clear feeling would resemble ultra-instinct more because a person wouldn't require their eyes to dodge an attack, but rather they would feel a sensation. With clear sight, a person would have enhanced sight perception allowing them to react to things faster and with more accuracy.

I don't think you can "coat" CoO since it's not a physical abilities like CoA or CoC. But if there were a third level of CoO or Ultra Instinct CoO should I say, then I would like it to be "thought acceleration", basically like this:

I like the idea of perceiving movements slower than they actually are w adcoc+adcoo. Like ppl think you’re moving really fast but it’s really just their movements feel slow to you.
