Martial Artist- Yamato is incredibly powerful is basically already a strawhat and would give them an incredible boost in power
Look Out- Viola the nature of her devil fruit abilities would make her perfect for this role
Assassin- I wanna say Shiryu but no way would he fit in well with the strawhats so I'd probably say honestly maybe Carrot, she's pretty unassuming, is incredibly quick and agile, and in Sulong form she can assassinate people and unless you've seen her in her base form you wouldn't put 2 n 2 together
Scientist- Who else could fulfill this role except for Lilith she could help vegapunk upgrade not just himself but the ship as well, she could also tweak Usopp and Nami's weapons
Apprentice: Bonney and O-tama
Roger had Shanks and Buggy
Rocks had Kaido and potentially Moriah
Luffy can have Bonnwy and Otama
Luffy has already taken a sort of mentorship role to Bonney,Bonney looks up to Luffy almost like Shanks looked up to Roger as for O-tama Luffy already promised her he could join his ship once she became a kunichi I think he'll keep fhat promise and she'll become a strawhat Apprentice as well
Ship Guard- Loki Who better to guard the ship than someone who could probably fit it in the palm of his hand and he's extremely powerful
Interrogator: Law his abilities allow him to do some psychological damage to people imagine getting your head cut off again and again or having your heart ripped out and could be crush at anytime, people will squeal on their mama if it means not getting beheaded
Tactical Officer- Tsuru yes a throw a marine VA onto the strawhats but shes perfect for the role, for one she's known as for her tactical prowess and while I dont have her on the echelon some people do i still think shes at least some what competent of a fighter should the need arise
Intelligence officer: Stussy who better than a former member of a intelligence organization who managed to be a double agent for years
Broker/informant: Apoo its quite literally what he does
