Not sure he can use it with 50 percent Kurama or it would logically last shorter than with full power Kurama.

Momoshiki with absorbed Kinshiki, who is stronger than Kaguya, could only keep up with either of the two.

Training means increasing his stats. Each transformation is a multiplier of those stats. Hence Adult Naruto >> his teen self.
