For a while people theorized that Moria was going to join Cross Guild, after the latest chapter 1158, I do believe even more now that Moria will join Cross Guild.
In chapter 1158 it was revealed that Moria is a member of the Kozuki Family, now whether or not he is blood related or adopted is something we still don't know.
But if he was raised at a very young age by the Kozuki Family at Wano, that means there is a good change that Moria learned how to read the poneglyphs.
So if Moria knows how to read them, him joining Cross Guild as their poneglyphs reader would make lots of sense.
The Straw Hats have Robin
Blackbeard Pirates have hostage Pudding
Red Hair Pirates most likely have someone on their crew
And finally Cross Guild will have Moria
And remember this panel here where Doflamingo was ordered to kill Moria, what if they also had another reason on why they wanted Moria dead other than him being "weak" was because the Five Elders found out about Moria's family history and that he could read the poneglyphs.
Either way, I do think it's obvious that Moria and Perona are soon going to join Cross Guild and seeing that Moria really doesn't have a crew anymore, him joining Cross Guild would also put him and Perona under their protection.
