Not at all defending Lee's usual tomfoolery, but to be fair Akainu killing nearly everyone on Ohara isn't that bad, the people there were studying highly illegal shit and passing it around like it was candy.
Though murdering all of them was bad obviously, but I don't think Akainu was thinking that rationally when he did it.

And also, it's pretty unlikely he's a CD. For one, he's handsome, while the CDs are mostly inbred creeps.
For two, he looked like he was literally in hell as a child.
