2. Even if they could the strongest attacks in Kimetsu no Yaiba don't even injure lower-end seated officers from the Gotei 13
3. Kimetsu no Yaiba characters are upper end of regular human abilities, save for Demon Hax - this is basically the same as pitting Iba against like 20 or so Sado's before he unlocked his Fullbring. Iba probably oneshots every opponent in one go.

Where a dude like Sado with no Fullbring can probably fight a Hashira
And we know by virtue of his rank Iba will be tens if not hundreds (minimum) of times more powerful than that version of Sado, even if he's the weakest Captain, he still erases Muzan from existence with one swing of his unreleased Zanpakuto, let alone the Hashiras

TBH Iba could probably win this fight with no limbs
