I don't think that's related to that at all really. Oda is very adamant that DJ is just related to Sanji's spirit or heart or whatever.

His arm has looked consistently normal and him spelling he wished to use more of its power might have been a self evident statement that has nothing to do with an empowerment.

I use 2g internet use mobile thats older than 2012 he didn't master Emma otherwise he could use it like shishui and wado without fear of drainage I think he will master it in wano
