all 11 SHs have cocs. luffy , yamato, zoro are confirmed but never felt like luffy and zoro are are different from the rest, nami, sanji, jimbei, usopp take the lead often and oppose them, it feels like all 10 are equal in the crew, they all got cocs? roger had 6 cocs, rocks 6 or more, so it makes sense for luffy to suprass them and have 11 cocs.
