General & Others Am I the only one who thinks Elbaf isn't the next arc?

IIRC, the RHP were about to move elsewhere when we saw them on Elbaf. He doesn’t even need to meet with Luffy because he already has 3 red poneglyphs from Kidd. If he stays on Elbaf, Kidd cannot just come back because Shanks would literally kill him this time.
If Shanks and Luffy meet there. It’s fun and everyone desires to see it. But what then ? There better be a good narrative point. He can’t give him information about the 4th red poneglyph, because this would be cheating.
And as previously stated, Luffy was a bigger pirate after defeating Kaido than toying with Kizaru/Saturn. He will barely get stronger on Egghead. There is just no point in waiting from Wanp to Elbaf for the meeting.
But yeah we never know, Oda doesn’t always make sense
