The amount of acts in an AMV shouldn't dictate if it is good or bad though. Seems like you are implying that the AMV lacked content when silent voice is a movie with waaay less content than Act 1 alone. Silent AMV certainly made me emotionally. One of the goats in anime movie history. The music chosen for silent voice and everything was superb. One Piece really brought out the emotion in this AMV as well and it went with more hype music to suit the tone. The scenes perfectly reflected the images imo and the edited is really good. Like I said to this day I couldn't choose a winner and I literally flipped a coin to decide which one to vote for.

My point was the creator of the amv could have merged the acts to make it more impactful and lengthy... ngl the amv is SICK but if it was extended it would have been way better
